- Wet scraping. We mist the texture and scrape it off in sheets, which controls dust and protects the drywall underneath.
- Skim coating. The exposed ceiling is never paint-ready. We skim the entire surface with joint compound to erase scraper marks, old joint bands, and imperfections.
- Sanding & priming. Sanded smooth, inspected under raking light, and primed so it's ready for ceiling paint.
